No. You’re welcome to join our tours without a membership. Membership simply gives you priority access, preferred rates, and early invitations — especially useful for limited-capacity or popular experiences.
Our tours run rain or shine. In the case of severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, unsafe walking conditions), we may adjust the route, delay the start time, or reschedule. If we cancel due to weather, you'll receive a full refund or credit.

Guides & Local Experts
Yes, a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Tourist Guide Licence is strictly required. Hoofin Experio operates in full compliance with STB regulations, and only licensed guides are allowed to conduct tours.

Membership
Annual memberships are non-refundable, but many travellers choose it when they expect to return to Singapore or join multiple experiences throughout the year.
Yes. Monthly membership can be cancelled at any time. Your benefits remain active until the end of the billing period.
TrailMiles are Hoofin’s reward points earned on eligible bookings. They can be redeemed for future experiences or special member perks, subject to terms and availability.
Priority access means members are: -Notified earlier when new tours are released -Given first access to limited-capacity experiences before they open to the public This is especially helpful for small-group or seasonal walks.
Yes, it can be. If you plan to join two or more experiences, membership often pays for itself through member pricing and priority access. You can also choose the monthly plan and cancel anytime after your trip.
Payment & Refunds
7 days or more before tour date: Full refund. 3–6 days before tour date: 50% refund. Within 48 hours of tour date: No refund. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayNow (Singapore), and secure online payment through our booking system.
